Returns

If for any reason you’re either not happy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you are entitled to a full refund. As long as the item(s) is still in its original condition and returned within 28 days of delivery.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of delivery.

Item(s) returned within 28 days of delivery, we’ll give a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Once we receive your item(s) we will notify you via email.
If you request a refund during the above timeframes but are unable to return the item(s) to us, please get in touch – However, the refund will be at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for unwanted item(s) after 28 days of delivery. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address.

Original Condition

Yes, it’s okay to try on your item(s) like you would in the clothes store, but please don’t wear it for longer than that.

Item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Item(s) returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you.
