Shipping locations
Addela McKenzie currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Free UK delivery is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping method
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or high seasonal demand.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. However, made-to-order garments require a processing time of up to two weeks before dispatch.
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before it is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Responsibility during transit
Once orders have been processed and handed over to the courier for delivery, Addela McKenzie is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to items during transit. Order issues

Incorrect address
